GL Solutions, Inc.’s core capabilities are providing accounting assistance, financial management and human resources support to federal contractors. Ancillary capabilities include management and compliance consulting. The SBA granted GL Solutions Inc. 8(a) Disadvantaged Business status in 2015.
Summit Technologies Inc. (Summit), founded in 1997, is headquartered in Hartford, CT and provides technology services to DoD and Civilian clients throughout the United States, Germany, Bahrain and Afghanistan. Summit’s core capabilities are in Cybersecurity, Knowledge/Information Management, Development and IT Infrastructure. Summit is a certified HUBZone and Women Owned Small Business.

The 8(a) STARS III multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (MA-ID/IQ) contract is designed to provide federal agencies with innovative information technology (IT) services-based solutions. Using 8(a) STARS III enables agencies to access 8(a) firms through an established contract vehicle. STARS III is designed to promote small business utilization when purchasing information technology (IT) services or IT services-based solutions for the federal government. The 8(a) STARS III program is reserved exclusively for qualifying certified 8(a) small business concerns as the prime contractors per Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.8.
